Nicaragua Rajuanse – These beans have a bright fruity aroma with hints of almonds. Medium acidity with a full creamy body. Lemongrass and orange nodes in the flavour – hints of nuts and chocolate in the aftertaste.
Brazil Barbosa – A delicate flavor profile with a sweet aroma and hints of toasty almonds. This is a cup with a full creamy mouthfeel, mild fruits and almonds in the flavour, with some cocoa in the aftertaste.
Ethiopian Yirgacheffe has a light to medium body. As is typical with other coffees from this region, it has a distinctively fruity flavor profile and a bright, floral aroma thanks to wet-processed beans cultivated at a high elevation.
Guatamala – Coffee from Guatemala is known to be sweet with a medium to full body and lots of chocolate flavor notes. Many coffees will have either a bittersweet cocoa taste or a sweet, milk chocolate taste, as well as notes of nuts and toffee
